The Vine Restaurant & Bar at Parklands Resort and Conference Centre is the ideal place to get away – surrounded by over 30 acres of land and with beautiful manicured gardens, we are only 1 km away from the centre of Mudgee.
Parklands is the largest and best equipped conference centre in the Central West region and can handle functions of any size. It is a beautiful place for a wedding and we have functions rooms to suit all sizes of event. It has 68 stunning guest rooms. The Vine – Bar & Restaurant serves a great menu of modern Australian cuisine, sourced from local suppliers. The restaurant has been redecorated and features a contemporary but relaxed ambience.
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday 6:30-9:00 am, and Saturday & Sunday 7:00 -10:00 am. Buffet breakfast consists hot & cold selections e.g. bacon, sausage, tomatoes, eggs & breads, cereals & pastries, fresh fruits, yoghurt, juices & tea/coffee. You can also take your breakfast on the verandah.
Evening meals are available from 6:30pm and reservations can be taken up to 8:30pm. Children’s menu is also available for 2-12 years old. Room service meals are also available.
Parklands is about relaxation and luxury. We have a wide range of facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, stables and you can also see the farm animals that roam the property. Of course, you are just a minute away from beautiful Mudgee and Parklands is the perfect base if you want to check out the local wineries.
